A wish to control self organisation
I am not really sure that this is helpful, but important it is. I believe.
Self organisation is inherent to being human. #SelfOrganisation emerges everywhere and anywhere. In places relatively free from constraints and in concentration camps.
Therefore, all talk about self-organised teams, creating self organising workplaces and so forth, is more of the same, an expression of the wish to improve what is good as it is, the wish to control people, #complexity and #emergence.
But this time it comes disguised as that which it wants to #control. Insidious.
