«Publish and forget» has been my policy since 2009, when I started to share in this blog and in Linked-In. This means that I never look at the videos I publish and rarely reread my posts.

To pay for my basic studies in Organisational Development during the 1980’s, I worked in a psychiatric hospital as a nurse assistant.

Since 2012 I have been retreating at least once a year to the Sanctuary on top of the Muela near Sant Llorenç de Morunys, Catalonia, for «ora et labora» periods.
